TO WHICH REGIONS DO YOU PROVIDE TRANSFER SERVICES?

Kyrenia region (except Karşıyaka, Esentepe, Dikmen, Boğaz and Arapköy) We provide roundtrip transfer service from Nicosia, Bafra, Famagusta and Iskele hotels to Ercan Airport.

DO YOU PROVIDE MY SHARED SHUTTLE TRANSFER WITH SAME PRICE EVEN I AM ONLY ONE PERSON?

Yes. Even if you are a single person, we take you to the airport for a shared transfer price.


HOW DO I MAKE RESERVATION?

The easiest way to book your airport transfer is via the secure online booking form. Just fill out your transfer reservation form at any of the options that apply to you on our website or give us a call or contact by email. Click here to go transfer reservation booking page.


WHY ONLY ONLINE RESERVATION ?

To be able to prevent misunderstanding, transfer details should be entered by passengers directly.


HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I MAKE MY RESERVATION?

We require at least 24 hours processing your reservation with online booking on our website; therefore we cannot guarantee service for bookings made less than 24 hours in advance. An online booking can be made up to 24 hours prior to travel. After that you will be required to call us to check availability.


HOW DO I FIND MY DRIVER?

The driver will meet you at the Arrival Hall with our company board (PickUp Transfer).


WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMEONE DOES NOT COME TO MEET ME?

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

If PickUp Travel cannot reach the phone numbers given by the customer, it reserves the right to cancel and/or change it on its own initiative. For cancellations and/or changes to be made up to 24 hours before the transfer date, full refund will be done without any cut. 50% of the transfer fee is refunded in a change and/or refund request for our services that are less than 24 hours but more than 6 hours before the transfer date. If less than 6 hours left to the transfer time, no refund will be made.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED?

Don't worry, PickUp North Cyprus team follows all flights in real time and is aware of all updates. With our private and VIP transfer services, we are there whenever you come. In shared transfer, we also provide our service with our next available vehicle.
